LOCATION:  Nayarit, MEXICO. 45 minutes North of Puerto Vallarta at the North Shore of Bahia de Banderas. Transportation included from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, a 45 minute drive.

DIVING CONDITIONS:  The waters in this area are warm, ranging between 68 and 85 Fahrenheit (20-30 Celsius).  Offshore visibility is 30-100 feet (10-30 meters) and inshore the visibility is also good, except in the rainy season (April-Sep).  Most spots can be speared at depths of 20 to 120 feet (8-35m), but many other areas range in the 20 to 100 feet (3-30m).  Spots range from onshore high spots, to outer islands with reefs and bluewater pinnacles, to great bluewater 20-30 miles offshore (at the World famous Corbeteña Rock and The Bank). 

DIFFICULTY LEVEL:  This destination is great for all level of spearos, from shallow shooting of easy species, but mostly for expert bluewater spearing of tuna, billfish, etc. 

SPECIES ENCOUNTERED:  Inshore species like cubera snapper, rooster, amberjacks, Spanish mackerels, mahi´s and grouper can be found.
At the outer islands, at the pinnacles or in the bluewater located offshore, species such as cubera snapper, trevally, amberjack, barracuda, monster tuna, sailfish, marlin, mahi-mahi, and wahoo can be targeted.

BOAT & ACCOMODATIONS:  Lodging is a few blocks away from the marina, with ocean view property. One and Two bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, Wireless Internet connection, A/C, and more.  Daily breakfast is included, morning drop-off at the marina.  Also available: fish cleaning station, certified scale for up to 1000 pounds, vacuum sealer, and freezers.   
The boats are 28 ft center console, twin HONDAS, with speargun racks, all the electronics, fishing gear, captain, deckhand, in-water guide, chum, extra gear, safety gear, all drinks and food for the day.

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES:  Surfing, fishing, ATV´S, SCUBA, Snorkeling, SAILING, KAYAKING are all available.
